Nexus Advanced Technologies has not disclosed additional financial terms of the arrangement, including the face value of the notes involved or the strike price adjustments, if any, applied to the warrants under exchange. Investors seeking full disclosure details would need to consult the company's regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
