Acrisure Mortgage, LLC and DRB Group announced Tuesday the formation of DRB Mortgage, a joint venture aimed at bringing in-house home financing options directly to buyers in DRB Group residential communities. The partnership was announced in Orlando, Florida.
Acrisure Mortgage is ranked among the nation's top 25 residential mortgage lenders, positioning the new venture with established lending infrastructure from the outset. By embedding a dedicated mortgage operation within DRB Group's homebuilding footprint, the arrangement is designed to streamline the financing process for prospective buyers at the point of purchase.
